The most recent data on the evolution of COVID-19, in the last 24 hours, in Québec show:

Covid-19 Cases

• New Cases: 2,662

• Total number of people infected: 894,613*

• New Deaths: 39

• Total number of deaths: 13,656

• Hospitalizations: 2,214, a decrease of 98 compared to the previous day;

• 151 new entries

• 249 new discharges

• 164 people in intensive care, a decrease of 9 compared to the previous day;

• 17 new entries

• 26 new discharges

• 23,935 samples were conducted on January 9th.

• 76,472 self-declared rapid tests so far, 59,388 are positive

• 753 self-declared for the day yesterday, 560 are positive
