An update on Covid-19 cases & vaccination rates in Québec

The most recent data on the evolution of COVID-19, in the last 24 hours, in Québec show:

Covid-19 Cases

• New Cases: 3,400

• Total number of people infected: 875,429*

• New Deaths: 42

• Total number of deaths: 13,420

• Hospitalizations: 2,541, a decrease of 96 compared to the previous day;

• 200 new entries

• 296 new discharges

• 184 people in intensive care, a decrease of 7 compared to the previous day;

• 20 new entries

• 27 new discharges

• 30,530 samples were conducted on January 7th.

• 55,984 self-declared rapid tests so far, 42,627 are positive

• 991 self-declared for the day yesterday, 736 are positive
