🚨 **Urgent: Almond and Oat Milk Recall Due to Listeria Risk** 🚨

🚨 **Important Recall Alert** 🚨

Several almond and oat milk brands have been recalled across Canada due to Listeria concerns. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a recall for numerous Silk and Great Value brand plant-based refrigerated beverages, including:

- Silk brand almond milk, coconut milk, almond-coconut milk, and oat milk

- Great Value brand almond milk

The recall follows an investigation into an outbreak of food-borne illnesses. If you think you got sick from consuming these products, especially those with best-before dates of Oct. 4, seek medical advice immediately. Symptoms of Listeria contamination can include vomiting, nausea, persistent fever, muscle aches, severe headache, and neck stiffness.

Recalled products should be thrown out or returned to the location where they were purchased. For more details on the recall, visit Health Canada’s recalls and safety alerts.
