Tour de l’Île to include many West Island Cities

Tour de l'Île de Montréal: Sunday, June 2

This year's Tour de l'Île de Montréal features two exciting options: the regular route and the discovery trail.

1. Regular Route

- Start Time: 9:15 AM

- Starting Point: Parc Jeanne-Mance, at the corner of Avenue du Parc and Avenue Mont-Royal.

- Distance Options: 28 km or 50 km

- Description: Enjoy a car-free ride through the streets of ten Montreal boroughs: Plateau-Mont-Royal, Rosemont-Petite-Patrie, Outremont, Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Westmount, Sud-Ouest, Lasalle, Lachine, Verdun, and Ville-Marie.

2. Discovery Trail

- Start Time: 7:00 AM

- Starting Point: Parc Jeanne-Mance, at the corner of Avenue du Parc and Avenue Mont-Royal.

- Distance Options: 68 km or 96 km

- Description: This signposted route navigates through open streets, concluding with a 23.7 km segment shared with thousands of participants on the regular route. The discovery trail passes through several Montreal municipalities and boroughs: Plateau-Mont-Royal, Rosemont-Petite-Patrie, Outremont, Ville Mont-Royal, St-Laurent, Pierrefonds-Roxboro, Senneville, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Baie-D'Urfé, Beaconsfield, Pointe-Claire, Dorval, Lachine, Lasalle, Verdun, Sud-Ouest, and Ville-Marie.

In Town of Mount Royal (TMR), the route crosses the Plymouth/Lucerne sector between 7:15 and 10:45 AM. There will be no street closures, but residents of affected streets will receive notifications.
