Last night, a suspicious fire broke out in a residence on Hedgerow Street, near Lacey Green in Kirkland. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the material damage is significant.
At around 12:05 a.m. on Thursday, the SPVM was called to the scene after a person contacted emergency services without specifying the reason. Upon arrival, police discovered the house in flames and immediately alerted firefighters.
The fire has since been brought under control, and the investigation has been handed over to the SPVM’s arson unit. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
