Suspect in Baie D'urfé burglaries has been arrested


The man responsible for the burglaries that happened on October 17 and 21st at two properties on Chestnut and Willowdale Streets in Baie-D'urfé was taken into custody by the SPVM on October 21, 2021.


The 50-year-old man, Raymond John Wilson, had jewelry, luxury watches, tools, and cayenne pepper spray in his possession at the time of the arrest. He has been charged with breaking and entering, possession of burglary tools, and receiving stolen goods after appearing in the Montreal Courthouse.

It is suspected that there may be other victims since Wilson had driven through multiple areas like Senneville and Kirkland. The police are accepting any additional information that they may have on Raymond John Wilson.
