Residents of Pointe-Claire create a new way to hand out candy

Courtesy of John Belvedere

The residents of Brunet street in Pointe-Claire were quick to notice that trick or treaters couldn't go door to door this year due to construction happening on the street.

Thanks to creative and quick thinking, residents came up with the idea to instead bring the candy to the kids by setting up a tent equipped with pumpkins and other Halloween decor.

Residents were dressed up and equipped with goodies for children of all ages to enjoy.

This brilliant initiative helped keep the Halloween spirit alive despite not being able to trick or treat the traditional way.
