The Montreal Chinese Culture and Art Foundation will host a Chinese New Year charity
concert, livestreamed from Youtube on Friday Feb. 12 at 7 p.m. All the funds raised will go to
the Beijing hanfuer charity foundation, which helps mentally handicapped children learn
essential skills to live confidently.
Performances will be brought to you by the Chinese Orchestra of Chinese National Opera
and Dance Drama Theater who have received worldwide recognition for their unique style and have performed for the likes of Bill Clinton. Check out their Facebook page for details.
The event will be brought to life with the help of the Montreal Chinese Culture and Arts
Foundation, as well as the Rotary Club of Old Montreal, and will be presented by the National Bank of Canada, who have sponsored the event.
