*Maison Caracol, the first community-based social pediatrics center in Montreal’s West Island, is hosting its inaugural fundraising show, *“A Roof Under the Stars”*, on September 24, 2024, at the Pauline-Julien Theater in Sainte-Geneviève. The event will feature performances by renowned artists such as Florence K, La Voix 2018 winner Yama Laurent, and legendary rock group The Box.
This fundraising event aims to raise crucial support for Maison Caracol’s essential services, founded by Claire Legault. The center provides medical care and developmental activities for children in need.
Proceeds from the show will support renovations to their new facility, enhancing spaces for workshops and ensuring safety in the courtyard. The center, located in Cloverdale, Pierrefonds-Est, has been a vital resource since 2017, serving one of Quebec’s most disadvantaged communities.
