Cambridge residents get moving to raise funds for palliative care.

Residents of the Cambridge in Pointe-Claire walked and raised funds in their own way

for the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence's annual Course pour la Compassion. The dedicated group raised $9,500!

Resident and organizer of the event, Lesley Stekewich, is thrilled with the progress the event has made in the past two years; "The Cambridge raises funds year-round for the TDPCR, and this cause has touched us all in some way, so I am very pleased with how well this year's fundraising efforts went."

It is Lisa Lorenzetti's third week as General Manager at the seniors' residence, and she said she is thrilled to be a part of such a beautiful event and support the residents.

The TDPCR's walk begins at 9 am, tomorrow September 23rd, at Valois Park. This family-oriented 1 km and 5 km walk/run brings those who hold the residence near and dear to their hearts together for fun and fundraising!
