Beware of vaccine fraud : no emails or fees for COVID vaccine

A recent scam is being executed via email and phone calls asking people for a fee to get the much sought after COVID-19 vaccine. Please note, according to the Government of Quebec's website, we will not be solicited by them either by phone or by email. There will never be a fee for the vaccine for Quebec residents.

Vaccines become available gradually. Some people are vaccinated before others.

People at increased risk of getting infected, developing complications and dying from COVID‑19 are vaccinated as a priority. As more vaccines become available in Canada, vaccination is expanded to include more people.
